We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate sales for our Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Food Processing Machines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, website, social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Contact potential customers and understand their machine requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and advantages clearly.
Follow up with customers regularly until the order is confirmed.
Generate quotations and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Maintain daily records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and order status.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with customers regarding payment, production status, dispatch, and delivery when required.
Update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM or Excel system.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
