Job Description
Understand and document business requirements for technical projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify needs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Use Java to assist in technical evaluations and solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain explicit communication.
Create and maintain project documentation.
Identify and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
Support testing and quality assurance activities.

Mandatory Skill : IT Technical BA with JAVA / Microservices , Stakeholder Management
Not QA BA
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience working as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
Knowledge of Java and technical processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Confidence in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Ability to work well with developers and technical teams.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
