Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate and follow up on sales leads, schedule service appointments, and support customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
Follow up on sales leads and coordinate with the Sales/Service team.
Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and service appointments.
Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls.
Inform customers about current launches, offers, service camps, AMC, and insurance renewals.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM/DMS.
Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the concerned team.
Re-engage old/lost leads and existing customers.




Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly call reports and MIS.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or related roles.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Valuable verbal communication in English and Telugu/Hindi.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working with targets.
Positive attitude, patience, and valuable follow-up skills.
Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.
