Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling
Handle incoming customer calls and travel-related inquiries.
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Provide suitable travel package options.
Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and other relevant information.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Lead Generation & Follow-up
Generate current leads through calls and other sales activities.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information.




Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Travel Package Sales
Promote and sell travel packages to customers.
Recommend suitable packages based on customer requirements.
Use convincing and sales-oriented communication to close bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Focus on improving lead conversion and booking rates.

CRM & Customer Relationship Management
Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
