Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Follow up on enquiries and generate genuine sales leads.
Explain vehicle models, offers, finance, exchange, and booking details.
Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM/LeadSquared.
Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, test rides, bookings, and deliveries.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, enquiry, test ride, and booking targets.
Maintain qualified communication and good customer relationships.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Automobile sales/telecalling experience preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
