About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Uttam Nagar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan sales, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customer interactions and follow-ups effectively.

Relevant Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following loan products are preferred:
Business Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Home Loans
Personal Loans
Working Capital
Overdraft Facilities

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and generate potential leads
Understand customer requirements and assess initial eligibility
Explain suitable loan products and guide customers through the process
Collect and verify required documents




Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with internal operations teams until the loan is processed/disbursed
Generate referrals and explore cross-selling opportunities

Performance Expectations The role involves a target-oriented calling and sales setting, including:
Outbound calling
Customer connects and follow-ups
Lead qualification
Document collection
Timely CRM updates

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of relevant loan-sales experience
Valuable verbal communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
Knowledge of loan products and basic documentation processes
Candidates who can work from Uttam Nagar, Current Delhi are preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
