About the Role
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Interns who are interested in building a career in recruitment and hospitality. This is a hands-on internship with structured training and exposure to live recruitment mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability
Conduct initial screening calls and candidate interactions
Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
Review recruitment data and maintain candidate records
Support the Talent Acquisition team on active mandates
Who Can Apply
Graduates/postgraduates in HR, Hospitality, Business Management or related fields
Freshers interested in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills and ability to interpret information
Confident in speaking with candidates
Organised, proactive and willing to learn
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setting
