Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive (Aftersales) to join our real estate team. The role will focus on customer handling, after-sales service, client coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Important: This is NOT a Sales or Business Development role. The candidate will not be responsible for selling properties or generating sales leads. The position is focused entirely on post-sales customer service and client support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and assist with after-sales queries.
Coordinate with clients regarding post-sales services and requirements.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Understand customer issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-sales experience.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–6 months of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Service, BPO, or a related field.
Candidates with Real Estate experience/background will be preferred.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with skilled telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
