Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls.
Pitch products/services and explain offers clearly.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.
Schedule demos, appointments, or callbacks.
Maintain CRM records and update call outcomes.
Meet daily call and conversion targets.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications
Transparent verbal communication and confident phone manner.
Positive listening, persuasion, and patience.
Basic computer skills and CRM/data-entry proficiency.
Target orientation and resilience.
Fluency in required languages (Tamil/English)
