Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process across creative, marketing, sales, growth, operations, and leadership roles.
Partner with founders and business leaders to understand hiring needs and close positions efficiently.
Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Manage recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, offers, and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Robust network across creative, marketing, growth, e-commerce, and business functions

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-growth startup environment
