Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Bulk Hiring

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Salary: Negotiable

Work Requirement: Candidate must have a Laptop

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple clients.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage and build relationships with recruitment vendors.
Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Bulk Hiring is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Vendor Management.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Must own a Laptop with a stable internet connection.
Minimum 12th Pass.
