Understand client requirements and provide basic information about our products.
Maintain regular follow-ups
Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up activities.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Positive telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
