We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Admissions to handle student enquiries, explain our courses, follow up with prospective students, and support the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility and career opportunities.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update enquiry status.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Build good relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Tamil & English communication preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, education sales or admissions is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Salary: ₹10,000+ per month + incentives (if applicable) Location: Avadi, Chennai
