The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling video calls with interested prospects. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.
Explain the project and its key offerings to prospective clients.
Generate interest and encourage customers to schedule video calls.
Coordinate and ensure maximum video-call conversions.
Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead details in the system.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling and video-call targets.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and follow-up abilities.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement is preferred.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management will be an added advantage.
A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
