Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services.
Update customer information in the database during and after calls.
Achieve monthly targets set by the company for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and skilled attitude toward customers.
Follow scripts and guidelines while engaging with customers.
Report to supervisors or managers regarding call outcomes and customer feedback.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
