Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements.
Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Prepare test plans, test strategy documents, and test execution reports.
Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.




Experience in functional and regression testing.
Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center.
Experience in test case design and execution.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills
Automation testing experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
API testing using Postman or similar tools.
SQL/database testing knowledge.
Performance testing exposure using JMeter or LoadRunner.
