We are looking for a Tamil teacher to teach Kindergarten and Primary School children.
Main Responsibilities:
Teach children to speak, read and write Tamil.
Prepare straightforward and compelling lesson plans.
Teach through stories, songs, games and classroom activities.
Check students’ classwork and homework.
Support children who need extra help.
Maintain student progress records.
Take part in school programs and activities.
Work together with other teachers and school leaders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Tamil or a related subject.
B.Ed. or teacher-training qualification is preferred.
Good spoken and written Tamil.
Basic communication skills in English.
Patient, caring and comfortable working with young children.
Teaching experience is preferred. Freshers with positive teaching skills may also apply.
