Role & responsibilities
Make Inbound and outbound calls and handle customer .
follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain customer and calling records.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales/Technical team when required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling
Submit regular calling and follow-up reports.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate with experience in tele calling and customer handling
