? Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) | B2B SaaS

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative for an early-stage, post-product & revenue AI-native B2B SaaS company .

This isn’t a typical high-volume cold-calling role.
You’ll work on consultative selling, market education, prospecting, and pipeline creation —with the prospect to work closely with founders and learn the full B2B sales cycle.

What you’ll do
Build & manage outbound pipeline
- Research and identify target accounts across BFSI, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and other relevant segments
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools
- Execute multi-channel outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and identify the right next steps

Run discovery & qualification
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and buying intent
- Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT/MEDDIC




- Hand off qualified opportunities to founders/AEs with clear context and notes
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline activity

Educate the market
- Clearly communicate the company's value proposition across different ICPs
- Handle objections around AI adoption, automation, ROI, and business impact
- Share relevant case studies, demos, and resources with prospects

Experiment & improve
- A/B test messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences
- Share prospect feedback to improve positioning and sales collateral
- Work with marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Work closely with the team
- Collaborate with founders on account mapping and deal strategy
- Participate in demos and sales calls to understand the complete sales cycle
- Bring market insights back to product and marketing teams
