Delphix TDM Specialist

• Delphix Platform Expertise: Hands-on with Delphix Data Virtualization and Delphix Masking—environment setup, provisioning, refresh, rewind, snapshot management, and branch workflows.

• Data Masking & Compliance: Design and configure masking policies for PII/PCI/PHI; knowledge of tokenization, redaction, substitution, and deterministic masking; experience validating masked data for audit readiness.

• Database Technologies: Robust experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL (schemas, constraints, performance considerations); familiarity with heterogeneous sources.

• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Shell/PowerShell and Python for API-driven automation (Delphix APIs), job orchestration, and scheduled refresh pipelines.

• CI/CD Integration: Integrate TDM workflows with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps; experience with pipeline triggers for data provisioning in test stages.

• Networking & Access: Practical knowledge of connectivity, credentials management, and role-based access control for Delphix-managed environments.

• Observability & Troubleshooting: Ability to interpret logs, diagnose job failures,



and perform performance tuning for virtualization/masking tasks.

• Cloud/Hybrid Deployments: Exposure to AWS/Azure hosting models, hybrid connectivity (VPC/peering/VPN), storage considerations, and cost-aware provisioning.

• Proven TDM Delivery: End-to-end experience implementing Delphix-based TDM across multi-setting SDLC (dev/test/UAT/pre-prod).

• Strong Data Masking Implementation: Ability to design and enforce masking rules with zero data leakage; hands-on with referential integrity across masked datasets.

• API & Automation Mindset: Experience building automation for provision/refresh/rewind workflows using Delphix APIs and integrating into DevOps pipelines.

• Database Proficiency: Solid SQL skills for validation, reconciliation, and test data sub setting; experience handling large datasets and complex schemas.

• Governance & Compliance: Working knowledge of data privacy, audit requirements, and evidence generation for compliance signoffs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience partnering with QA, Dev, DBA, InfoSec, and Release Management teams; clear documentation and communication.

Incident Response: Ability to triage, root-cause, and remediate TDM failures affecting release cycles or test readiness.
