Outbound Calls:Proactively contact potential customers to introduce products or services, explain benefits, and generate interest.
Inbound Calls:Handle incoming calls from existing or potential customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide support.
Lead Generation:Identify potential leads and follow up with them to schedule appointments or convert interest into sales.
Customer Interaction:Maintain customer information and interaction details in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Sales Support:Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.




Information Gathering:Collect valuable feedback from customer interactions to improve products and services.
Reporting:Maintain daily call records, create progress reports, and communicate sales performance to team leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
