Technical Support
Provide technical assistance to international customers via Voice or Chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products/services.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate clearly in English with international clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Work Details
5 days working per week.
Both side cab facility provided.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of international technical support experience.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Candidates with chat support experience can also apply.
