Job Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain customer information and daily calling reports.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - 6 months to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Fluent in the relevant regional/local language.
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confident and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up processes.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,256.23 per month
