Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Import and Domestic Purchase activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and order placement.
Handle Import & Export Documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and customs requirements.
Oversee Management of Inventory and Planning to maintain optimum stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Plan and manage Scheduling of Dispatch to ensure timely delivery in line with production and customer requirements.
Coordinate Transport & Courier operations, liaising with logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely movement of goods.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and pricing to support cost control and continuity of supply.
Liaise with internal departments (production, finance, sales)



to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Desired Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and domestic procurement processes.
Hands-on experience with inventory planning and warehouse/stock management.
Valuable coordination and negotiation skills with vendors, transporters, and courier agencies.
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems used for purchase and inventory management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
