Job Role: Telesales Executive

Job Summary
Handle telesales activities for Galaxy Dental Care.
Communicate with prospective and existing customers over the phone.
Explain dental services, address customer queries, and assist in generating appointments and business.
Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
Explain dental services and relevant offerings clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with potential customers and encourage appointment bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.




Achieve assigned sales and telesales targets.
Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
