About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and confident Telecaller to join our growing jewellery brand. The candidate will handle customer calls, enquiries, lead follow-ups, and help generate showroom visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate confidently with customers in Hindi and English.
Follow up with jewellery enquiries and leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant jewellery product information.
Convert enquiries into showroom visits and potential sales.
Maintain and update customer and lead details in CRM.
Track follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams.
Maintain proper records and prepare basic lead performance reports.

Requirements
0–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support,



Inside Sales, or Lead Management.
Freshers with confident communication skills are welcome to apply.
Fluent Hindi and professional English communication is essential.
Solid customer-handling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
Jewellery, retail, or sales experience is an added advantage.
