Manage replacement staffing for absenteeism, no-shows and emergency requests.
Maintain an updated talent database and deployment tracker.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment, deployment and attrition MIS.
Support workforce planning through hiring forecasts and recruitment analytics.
