Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced TBM/Apptio Consultant with strong expertise in Apptio One, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, and TBM Studio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing TBM methodologies to support IT financial management and business decision-making.Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Apptio/TBM.
Hands-on experience with ApptioOne / Cost Transparency.
Hands-on experience with IT Planning.
Experience in designing and building custom financial models using TBM Studio.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and IT financial planning.
Strong understanding of TBM Methodology and TBM Taxonomy.
Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver financial insights.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ApptioOne Cost Transparency modules.
Build and enhance TBM Studio financial models.
Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and planning cycles.
Analyze IT cost structures and provide cost optimization recommendations.
Support TBM implementation and ensure alignment with TBM taxonomy standards.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level financial insights.
Work closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot model issues and improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Preferred Skills
Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM).
Knowledge of cost allocation, chargeback/showback models.
Experience with large-scale enterprise IT settings.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
