The Support Designer is a full-time, in office role in Vadodara, providing design and working drawing support to architectural and homebuilding teams.

Responsibilities include preparing and revising drawings, layouts, and technical documents, coordinating with senior designers and project teams, reviewing requirements, maintaining design accuracy, and supporting quality checks. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely execution, and effective collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architectural or Civil Engineering principles, with experience preparing drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and comfort working with digital design workflows.
Ability to interpret design concepts,



building standards, and client specifications, with robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work within cross-functional, global teams and follow structured processes.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Relevant degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Prior experience in residential or commercial building design support is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, adapt to current tools and methods, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
