Role Overview
We are looking for a Female Telecaller to handle customer calls and support telesales activities.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates from Secunderabad and surrounding areas are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers regularly to convert enquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
