We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive for a full-time, in-office calling role in Goregaon West, Mumbai. This is a performance-driven position for someone who is confident on calls, takes ownership of leads, and is committed to converting prospects through regular follow-up and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products and services clearly and confidently over calls
Take complete ownership of each lead from first contact to final conversion
Maintain and regularly update sheets and CRM with lead details, call status, and next follow-up date
Ensure every lead is followed up on time and not dropped at any stage
Coordinate daily with different branches to get updates on leads, follow-ups, and closures
Share daily call reports, follow-up status, and CRM/sheet updates with the team

Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Marathi speaking is mandatory
Hindi and English speaking will be an added advantage
Comfortable with full-day calling-based work




Good at handling objections and talking to people on the phone
Responsible mindset with strong ownership towards targets and leads
Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
