Role & responsibilities:
Operate and maintain equipment such as Viswill Camera Inspection, Fette Compression, Sejong Compression, granulation systems, capsule filling machines (AF 90 T), auto coaters, and tablet printing machines.
Complete and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) in real time to ensure data integrity and compliance with cGMP.
Conduct in-process quality checks on tablets, including weight variation, hardness, thickness, and moisture content, etc.
Ensure documentation is completed in accordance with Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP).
Perform line clearance and equipment/area cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.
Apply mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machinery and understand different tablet tooling.
Adhere strictly to established safety procedures without deviation.
