SC&H;’s Tax Department is seeking to hire a Tax Manager to support our rapid growth working out of our Gurugram, India office location.

As a fast growing firm, we have an immediate need to bring on experienced Tax Manager to serve our clients. In addition to exceptional technical skill, Managers at SC&H; have a deep commitment to client success and building relationships, ability to direct work and continuously improve processes, and develop the next generation of talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This key person acts as the focal point of contact between our firm and our middle market clients. She/he will lead tax engagement teams on various projects, handle all tax compliance and consulting issues for assigned clients, keep clients abreast of technical tax changes affecting their industry, identify opportunities to cross-sell, look for prospects to expand tax services, assist with new business development, cultivate and maintain effective relationships with external contacts as well as audit counterparts on mutual audit/tax engagements and will mentor,



train and assist a robust group of senior and staff associates.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
CPA is required
A minimum of 5 years public accounting experience preparing and reviewing tax returns and advising Companies on their tax strategy
Experience in handling pass-through entities, including preparation and review of 1120-S and 1040 tax returns.
Previous Big 4/National or Regional firm experience preferred
Proven success training, mentoring and developing staff
Solid desire to deliver outstanding client service
Excellent research, writing, interpersonal and business development skills
Aptitude and desire to want to make Partner and grow our Tax Services Practice
