With a growing presence across D2C, Amazon, Nykaa and offline retail, APAS Cosmotech is building a pan-India beauty business with ambitions for global expansion and exports.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Head of Ecommerce will own and scale Cincinnus's entire online business, spanning the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel (Cincinnus.shop and app) and Marketplace channels (Amazon, Nykaa, and other emerging platforms). This is a P&L-owning; leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and brand equity across all digital sales channels,



while balancing the brand-building priorities of D2C with the scale and execution rigor required for marketplace growth. Reports directly to the Founder & CBGO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & P&L; Ownership
Own the end-to-end ecommerce P&L; across D2C and marketplace channels, including revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, and profitability targets.
Define and execute the annual and quarterly ecommerce growth strategy aligned with Cincinnus's overall business objectives.
Build channel-wise business plans, balancing investment between D2C brand-building and marketplace scale.

D2C Business Leadership
Drive traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase rate on Cincinnus.shop.
Own the D2C tech stack roadmap (Shopify/equivalent), UX/UI improvements, checkout optimization, and site performance.
Lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM/retention, and loyalty programs in coordination wit
