Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions on Supply Chain Management, ERP systems, Customer service, and Soft Skills.
Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and prospects.
Create training materials such as manuals, handouts, and presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.




Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in Supply Chain Management, ERP systems, and Soft Skills.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Certifications in ERP systems or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
