Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
Lead execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or
infrastructure projects from mobilization to handover.
Develop detailed project execution schedules and monitor progress against
milestones.
Ensure adherence to approved design, specifications, project budgets, and
timelines.
Drive project delivery through effective coordination with contractors,
consultants, and vendors.
Anticipate execution risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid cost and
schedule overruns.

Construction Management
Supervise all in office construction activities including civil, structural,
finishing, and MEP works.




Monitor productivity, resource deployment, and construction methodologies.
Ensure implementation of project management best practices and quality
benchmarks.
Review and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and progress
reports.

Cost & Contract Management
Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost control measures.
Verify contractor bills, variation orders, extra items, and claims.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial terms.
Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams for contractor/vendor
management.
