Qualifications
Robust expertise in South Indian cuisine, including regional specialties from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka.
Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, portion control and cost management.
Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, rapid-paced hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Relevant culinary qualification or certification from a recognized hotel management or culinary institute.
Previous experience as a South Indian Chef or in a similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment.
