We are seeking a responsible and experienced Transport Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the school transport system. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school transportation, solid route-planning skills, and the ability to manage communication with parents and drivers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of school transport, ensuring timely and protected pickup and drop-off of students.
Plan, organize, and optimize daily bus routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor vehicle fitness, ensure timely renewal of Fitness Certificates, permits, and other compliance requirements.
Coordinate with bus drivers, attendants, school administration, and parents to ensure smooth transport operations.
Address and resolve parent concerns, provide clarity on transport policies, and maintain positive communication.
Maintain transport-related records, logs, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines for school transportation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
