Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products, services, and promotional offers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Convert leads into sales and meet monthly sales targets.

Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Location- Salt Lake,sec 3, Kolkata

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
