Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, recommending suitable destinations, itineraries, and packages, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements. The consultant will handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other services, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving booking issues,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and offers. The role also includes working with internal teams and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and deliver a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients, design itineraries, and oversee complete trip planning.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book and coordinate flights, accommodations, tours, and related services accurately.
Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and provide support before, during, and after travel.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
Proficiency in travel booking systems, GDS tools, and basic office software, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple bookings, and maintain attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
