Location: Coimbatore

Title: Tool & Die Maker

Exp: 3 to 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication: Interpret 2D/3D blueprints and CAD designs to cut, shape, and finish plastic parts.
Die & Mold Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and repair or regrind worn-out dies, molds, and tooling.
Machine Operations: Set up and operate conventional and CNC machinery (e.g., milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and EDMs).
Testing & Quality Control: Assemble parts and test completed dies or tools to ensure they produce defect-free goods.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix tooling-related defects on the production line to minimize downtime.

Core Requirements & Skills
Technical Education: Typically requires a diploma, ITI certification, or a formal apprenticeship (e.g., NTTF or GTTC in India).
Measurement Expertise: High proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers,



and height gauges.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to visualize complex CAD/CAM models and interpret engineering drawings.
Math & Mechanical Aptitude: Robust problem-solving skills with excellent mathematical and spatial reasoning abilities.
Software Skills: Basic familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages is highly advantageous.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
