Job Title: Tender Executive – GHMC Road Works

Department: Tendering / Contracts

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Industry: Civil Construction / Infrastructure / Road Works

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track GHMC road-work tenders, including civil works, road repairs, resurfacing, drainage, and related infrastructure projects.
Study tender notices, BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, EMD requirements, and submission deadlines.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents in accordance with tender conditions.
Coordinate with the estimation, billing, accounts, engineering, and project teams for rates, quantities, credentials, and supporting documents.
Prepare tender BOQs, rate analysis, quotations, comparative statements, and other commercial documents.
Ensure timely submission of online tenders/e-tenders and physical documents wherever required.
Maintain records of tender submissions, EMDs, bid securities, work orders, agreements, and tender status.
Monitor tender corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and amendments.
Coordinate with GHMC officials/consultants and respond to tender-related queries when required.
Track tender results, LOAs/work orders,



and post-award documentation.
Maintain a database of completed projects, turnover, machinery, manpower, registrations, certificates, and other documents required for future bids.
Ensure compliance with GHMC tender conditions and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of GHMC tendering and e-procurement procedures.
Understanding of civil/road-work BOQs, estimates, specifications, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF/document management, and e-tender portals.
Robust documentation, coordination, and deadline-management skills.
Ability to read and understand civil engineering tender documents.
Good communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working with GHMC, municipal, government, or infrastructure tenders is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Telangana government tender procedures and relevant registrations/compliance requirements is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
