Job Responsibilities:
Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
Grip, hold, position, and move tools or components during manufacturing operations.
Assist operators and technicians in tool setup and production activities.
Ensure tools and components are properly positioned and secured.
Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Inspect tools and components for damage or defects.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.
Report tool damage, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification. Experience: 2-10years in manufacturing/production preferred.
Skills: Basic knowledge of tools, safety awareness, manual handling, teamwork, and willingness to work in shifts.
