Machine Setup: Load yarn beams, thread needles and guides, and adjust machine tension, speed, and cutting blades according to design specifications.
Production Monitoring: Supervise running machines to ensure continuous output, fix yarn breaks using a splicer, and mend any fabric voids.
Quality Control: Inspect finished textile products for defects and verify they match pattern and quality standards.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine cleanups, troubleshoot minor mechanical errors, replace worn needles or hooks, and follow strict safety guidelines in a factory setting.
Job Requirements & Skills
· Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) plus previous hands-on machinery or manufacturing experience.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Attention to Detail: Solid focus on detecting minor product defects and making accurate mechanical adjustments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
