URC Construction (P) Ltd is looking for experienced Civil Tendering & Estimation specialists to join our team in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil tendering, estimation, BOQ, rate analysis, costing, quantity take-off and tender documentation. Candidates with experience across different levels of tendering responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Civil Tendering & Estimation activities.
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimates.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope of work.
Prepare accurate and competitive tender estimates.
Coordinate with sub-vendors, consultants and internal departments during the tender stage.
Support technical and commercial evaluation of tenders.
Assist in resource planning and tender submission activities.
Review quotations and negotiate with vendors/sub-contractors where required.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents.
Maintain proper tender records and documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Civil Tendering & Estimation.
Good understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Costing & Quantity Take-off.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MSP.
Good analytical and commercial understanding.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Candidates with leadership and team-handling experience will be preferred for senior-level positions.
Experience 7 - 20 Years of relevant experience in Civil Tendering & Estimation.
Candidates will be considered based on their experience and suitability for the position.
Education
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
