Study and analyse the company's sales performance and the wider market, and convert that analysis into strategies for growth across trade schemes, pricing, margins, SKUs, trade terms and marketing activity.

The role also drives the identification and development of recent products from a marketing and trade perspective. It will cover :
Sales Analysis & Insights
Trade Schemes & Promotional Effectiveness
Pack-Price Architecture & SKU Portfolio
Channel Margin & Trade Terms
Point of Sale, Merchandising & Marketing Collateral
Competitive & Market Intelligence
Recent Product Development Marketing & Trade
Market Working (Infrequent)

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in a distributor-led general trade business in North India
Exposure to up-to-date trade and quick commerce channel economics
Fluency in Hindi for effective market working
