Role Overview

Our Big4 client is hiring for a UAT Lead to drive User Acceptance Testing activities across Financial Reporting change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are accurately validated and delivered to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Financial Reporting change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are accurately validated and delivered to the expected quality standards.
Develop and manage UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and execution schedules to support finance and reporting programmes.
Partner with Finance, Reporting, Change, Data, and Technology stakeholders to coordinate testing activities, resolve defects, and ensure successful delivery.
Oversee defect management, test execution reporting, and business sign-off processes, ensuring issues are identified,



tracked, and resolved effectively.
Provide governance, stakeholder management, and testing oversight to ensure reporting solutions are fit for purpose, compliant with control requirements, and successfully embedded into business operations.

Key Requirements
4+ years with Robust experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing within Financial Services.
Experience supporting Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change programmes.
Proven expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, business validation, and stakeholder coordination.
Robust understanding of reporting processes, data validation, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
Excellent communication, governance, and delivery management skills in complex and regulated settings.
