Experience: 3–5 years in General Insurance underwriting or operations

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end underwriting operations including quotations, policy issuance,



endorsements, renewals, and documentation
Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal sales teams
Ensure timely resolution of underwriting queries and adherence to TAT
Monitor pending cases, maintain MIS, and improve process efficiency
Manage operational escalations and ensure service quality
Guide and coordinate the underwriting operations team

Desired Profile
Experience in General Insurance underwriting/insurance broking operations
Positive knowledge of insurer portals, policy servicing, and documentation
Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
