Next World XR is seeking an experienced Unity/C# skilled to coordinate faculty-led university projects and mentor student development teams in India.

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience with Unity, C# and game development
Solid experience across VR, AR, XR, WebGL, Meta Quest and PICO
Experience optimising and delivering production-quality applications
Knowledge of version control and SOLID design principles
Experience working with German, US, Australian or other international companies
Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and qualified expectations
Excellent project coordination, mentoring and stakeholder-management skills

This is a results-focused role requiring accountability, proactive problem-solving and reliable execution, not last-minute excuses. You will connect our Australian team with university faculty and students, scope and review technical projects, guide prototype delivery and identify promising candidates for future internships.

Remote and initially project-based, with potential to grow.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
