Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Restock inventory, packaging materials, and supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure productive operations.
Resolve basic customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Support promotional activities and upselling to enhance customer experience.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work versatile shifts,



including weekends and holidays.
